Close your eyes
Focus on one part of the body with your mind
Start moving it
Be mindful of the sensation of the movement
Continue with this part for a while
See how you can expand the awareness to a body part near by
Continue until you have the whole body in your awareness

Move or being moved isn’t so important
Questions:
How much were you aware of the body part?
What was the sensation/feeling that came?
How/did the sensation change over time?
How much of your body could you hold in your awareness?
